I don’t know what is.
I was in the gym today doing some cardio on the elliptical, when two teens walk this old man over to the treadmill in front of me. This man must have been at least in his late 70’s, early 80’s.
This asked him repeatedly if he was sure he wanted to do this as they helped him…

Happy Birthday to me
Yay, 21.
Still has been a shitty birthday.
In Tennessee now with my best friend and all I can think is that it has been the worst birthday I have ever had.
:/ and I was so excited too
Two hours until my birthday and I’m really sad
It’s tradition in my group of friends that for your 21st birthday you go out to Applebee’s the night before your birthday and at midnight you get your first legal drinks.
Well, I’m the last one to turn 21, so I’ve been really excited for my turn in this little tradition of ours.
Except, pretty much almost all of my friends had to cancel on me today. I mean, I understand that it wasn’t by choice and it was caused by outside circumstances. But, I’m still really depressed that I’m the only one who lost out on getting to do this.
Honestly, I feel like the outcast of the group. Like if it was any other of my friends, they would all go above and beyond to make sure they could make it.
It’s a silly thought, I know all of my friends love me. And my boyfriend tells me I’m being silly too (he’s a part of this group.)
Oh well, I just didn’t think this was how my 21st would go… sitting at home.
Even my kitten doesn’t want to be around me right now (Had to give him his medicine.)
I thought tonight I was going to be all

Finally out of the 180’s. I’m so happy right now.
I was hoping to be out of the 180’s by my birthday (which is on Saturday!!) and now I am five days early. So maybe another pound or two by time 21 :)
